We send all items as parcel post, this makes it possible to track the package should problems arise. The goods are insured during shipment and upon receipt please check the contents of the package. If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, you must report it to GLS immediately, or no later than 2 days after receipt and return the item to us afterwards. BUHL is not responsible for goods that are damaged during transport. We always pack the goods with the greatest care, so that the risk of shipping damage is minimized.
We reserve the right for errors and out-of-stock items.


At BUHL, we strive for fast delivery, so that all orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. In connection with sales, a longer delivery time must be expected. Should delays occur at GLS, however, BUHL cannot be held responsible.
Please note that deliveries to Bornholm and other small islands can take up to 3 days in certain cases. At present time, only a few countries are available for delivery in EU. The goods are sent with GLS and can take up to 5 days. The parcels will be sent to a parcel shop of your choice.


Regardless of the quantity, your purchases will be subject to a fee of DKK 50 to cover shipping costs with GLS to the parcel shop. If, on the other hand, you buy for more than DKK 1000, we will take care of all shipping costs and deliver free of charge. All packages are sent with GLS.

You cannot regret your purchase by not collecting your parcel at the selected parcel shop. If this is the case, a fee of DKK 100 will be imposed. which the buyer himself pays. This is deducted from the value of your refund when the return package is handled. If the return deadline is exceeded, we cannot process your return package, and your package will be sent to you again.

BUHL offers a 14-day full right of return from the day you receive your goods. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as on receipt with the hang tag and BUHL tag attached. Items without hanging roofs and BUHL roofs are not returned. The package must be sent directly to our address, and NOT to a parcel shop, as we do NOT collect return parcels from a parcel shop. Therefore, we do not recommend sending with DAO , as they will basically deliver to the parcel shop, due to their delivery times and it is not possible to deliver to us outside our opening hours. If you want to be sure that we receive the package, we therefore recommend sending it back with either PostNord or GLS, you are responsible for the shipping costs yourself . Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. We only refund to the credit card with which the goods were purchased. This is to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards and wire transfers. And remember to save your postal receipt as documentation that the item has been dispatched.
Feel free to send your delivery note with the return in a package, then we have your order number and can easily refund your money.


If you have received a gift that was purchased at BUHL and wish to return the item, we can exchange it for another item of the same value. If, on the other hand, you find an item that is more expensive, you have the option to pay the difference and the necessary delivery costs and have it sent instead. You can also choose to have a gift card issued and use it when it suits you within 1 year. Unfortunately, the money cannot be refunded to a credit card other than the one that paid for the gift in the first place.


All goods are covered by the Sales Act's rules on a 24-month right of complaint. The right to complain means that you, as a customer, can complain about errors and defects in the product that have arisen within 24 months of purchase.
The right of complaint does not cover when faults, damage or wear and tear occur due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

At BUHL you can pay with payment cards such as VISA/Dankort, EURO/MASTERCARD and VISA/Electron.
The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. All prices at BUHL are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT, unless the item is for a non-EU country. See the section with CUSTOMS AND VAT.


Security at BUHL is top notch, as all communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, only PBS has access to your data. Neither BUHL nor other third parties have the opportunity to see the data that is exchanged upon purchase. At BUHL, your personal contact details are 100% confidential and we guarantee that no one else can access them.


If you order from an EU country, Danish VAT is paid, but no customs duty according to the rules on the free movement of goods. Goods sent from cannot be sent as a gift to countries outside the EU, in an attempt to avoid local customs and taxes.
If, on the other hand, you order from a country outside the EU, local taxes and duties may be imposed for which we cannot be held responsible, but in return Danish VAT is deducted. If this is the case, you will be contacted by the shipping company. Please be aware that this may delay the shipment quite a bit, as the goods are held back in customs. From there it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and pay the additional costs incurred.


BUHL follows the instructions available from the D brand. We work and act under the guidelines and laws made by the Danish Consumer Agency.
